Daniel Okafor sought a short check-in with Imogen Hartley. She said the team use the brain more than in the autumn and wants ideas to make the habit stick across the whole group of schemes.

Ask: Daniel asked how the managers are finding the brain and whether the member-query view had gone quiet. He proposed thirty minutes before the Christmas break.

Customer view: Imogen reported rising use, with newer relationship managers asking unexpected things. She agreed to Wednesday at 10:30 and will bring ideas for spreading the habit.

Next: Daniel should send the invite and be ready for a group-wide adoption conversation.

Hi Imogen, Thanks again for your time on our last call. I thought it was a really useful conversation, particularly what you said about the scheme-relationship managers using the trustee call summaries ahead of their meetings. Just to close the loop, I'd like to find a slot for a short check-in before the Christmas break, and then something a little longer in the new year. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd love to hear whether the managers are still getting through the member-query view or whether that has gone quiet. Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week suit you? Thirty minutes is plenty, and I'm happy to work around your diary. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Lovely to hear from you. Wednesday works better for me. Mid-morning, say 10:30, before the diary fills up with year-end reporting. To answer your question briefly: the team are using it more than they were in the autumn, and a couple of the newer relationship managers have started asking it things I hadn't expected. I'll tell you more on the call. The real question is how we make that habit stick across the whole group of schemes, so I'd like to come with a few ideas. Send over an invite and I'll accept it. Best, Imogen
