Daniel Okafor's follow-up after a quarterly review notes a slight usage dip and offers reassurance. No customer reply appears in the thread.

Ask: Daniel asks Craig Paterson for notice of source system changes and asks Imogen Hartley how the team is finding the brain and who still needs training.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the customer's own view is not shown. Daniel plays the dip down, but usage fell against the previous quarter.

Next: Daniel promises a note on the most-asked questions to show where the value sits, ahead of the term end on 2 Apr 2025.

Dear Imogen, Craig, Thank you both for your time on the quarterly review. Just to close the loop on what we covered, and to leave you with a short list. Usage dipped slightly compared with the previous quarter. I would not worry about that. You have forty licensed users, so there is plenty of room for more of the team to come on board, and the brain has been steady with no tickets raised this past month, which is a good sign for the connectors. Three things from me: - I will come back to you with a short note on which questions are being asked most, so you can see where the value sits. - Craig, if there are any source system changes planned, please let me know the window and we will make sure nothing is caught out. - Imogen, I would like to hear how the team is finding it, and whether there is a group who have not yet had training. The contract runs to 2 Apr 2025, so we have time, but I would like us to keep the picture of value clear well before then. Best wishes, Daniel

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
