Follow-up from the review

Hello both, Thank you for your time on the review call. I wanted to write down what I took away, so we are all working from the same list. - Usage is steadier than it was, and a few more of the scheme-relationship managers are asking questions of their own accord. - Craig would like to know about any change to the nightly refresh before it happens, not after. - Imogen would like a clearer picture of how the trustee call material is being used. Craig, would you be happy to tell me what window suits you best for any changes on our side? I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a proposal, and please correct anything I've got wrong. Daniel, Thanks for the summary, that matches my notes. Just to flag, the admin console currently shows all the connectors as healthy and I'll keep an eye on it. On the change window: anything that touches the refresh is best agreed with me a few days ahead, and outside of the working day for the scheme teams. First thing in the morning is when they start leaning on it, so I'd rather not have anything moving then. I'm not in a position to agree anything beyond that, so any wider questions would be for Imogen. Regards, Craig
