Daniel Okafor asked Imogen Hartley for a review slot. She offered Thursday morning and said she wants the time spent on whether scheme-relationship managers are building the habit of using the brain, not a feature tour.

Ask: Daniel wants the next review of the brain booked, covering who is asking questions and what Imogen wants from the brain.

Customer view: Imogen's priority is adoption by the scheme-relationship managers. She will ask Craig whether he wants to join for the connector side.

Next: confirm Thursday morning and prepare adoption evidence by user group.

Hello Imogen, I hope the week has ended gently for you. Just to close the loop on our last conversation, I'd like to get the next review of the brain in the diary. It would be a good moment to look at how the team is finding it, who is asking the questions now, and what you would like from the brain over the coming months. Could you do a slot early next week, perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday? An hour should be plenty. If someone else from your side should join, tell me and I'll send them the invite as well. Best wishes, Daniel

Hello Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been one of those weeks. Early this week has gone, I'm afraid, but Thursday morning works for me if that suits you. The real question for me is how well the scheme-relationship managers are getting into the habit of using it, so I'd like to spend most of the time there rather than on a tour of the features. I'll ask Craig whether he wants to be on the call for the connector side of things. Best, Imogen

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept.
