Marcus Bell saw usage dip and a few how-to tickets, and offered a short onboarding session for consultants who had not started. Jenna Price agreed it sounds sensible but asked to park it until a busy patch passes.

Ask: Marcus proposed about forty minutes on the customer's own data for people without a proper walkthrough on the fifteen licences.

Customer view: Jenna accepts the need but defers, citing a stretched team. She promised to come back with dates.

Next: no dates are agreed in the thread, so adoption is left to a customer who has little time.

Hi Jenna, I've pulled the numbers and wanted to run something past you. Usage has dipped a little this quarter, and I noticed a few tickets came in recently, mostly how-to questions about the client-facing tickets view. You've got fifteen licences and I think a few people just never had a proper walkthrough. I'd like to offer a short onboarding session for the consultants who haven't started yet, nothing long, maybe forty minutes with a couple of live examples on your own data. Happy to jump on a call to plan it. Shall we book half an hour this week or next? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, the team's stretched. A walkthrough sounds sensible and I know a few of them have asked how to find things. Can we park it until after the next couple of weeks? We're in the middle of a busy patch and I don't want to pull people away. I'll come back to you with some dates. Thanks, Jenna
