Current to 10 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Starter renewal order form on the same tier, users and price. Rob Ellery had not reviewed it by 27 Dec 2024 and the thread ends with it unsigned the day before the term end.
Ask: Tom asked Rob to sign before the break, stating it is a straight renewal with only the dates changed.
Customer view: Rob wanted reassurance that nothing differs and did not say he was unhappy. The thread does not show a signature.
Next: check the executed order form to confirm the renewal was completed.

- Tom Ashdown 20 Dec 2024 17:21Hi Rob, Hope your week's been kind. As promised, here's the renewal order form for your Starter subscription. It's the same as this year: same tier, same licensed users and the same price for the year, so no surprises. It picks up from when the current term ends on 3 Jan 2025. If you can sign it before the break, that keeps everything tidy. Let me know if anything looks off. Cheers, Tom
- Rob Ellery 27 Dec 2024 09:39Tom, Thanks. To be straight with you, I've not had a chance to go through it properly. Is it definitely the same as before? I don't want to be signing something different. I'll try and look at it early next week. Rob
- Tom Ashdown 2 Jan 2025 13:39Hi Rob, Yes, no drama. It's a straight renewal of what you have now, nothing added and nothing taken away. The only change is the dates. The term ends tomorrow, 3 Jan 2025, so if you can get it signed today or first thing tomorrow, that'd be great. Leave that with me if you'd rather I walked you through it on the phone. Cheers, Tom
