Current to 10 Oct 26Elena Novak set up a check-in with Joost Verbeek. He accepted Thursday but said three tickets are still open after an agreed sync fix, and asked for a written status the day before. Elena committed to send it Wednesday.
Ask: Joost wants the written status before the call, not during it, so he can see which actions were done. He framed the agreed fix for the sync problems as unfinished, with three tickets open.
Customer view: He is pressing, not hostile. His line "what is the plan?" signals that confidence rests on delivery of the connector fix.
Next: Elena confirmed Thursday at 10:00 and a Wednesday status with owners and engineer-checked dates. The thread does not show the ticket content or which connectors are affected.

- Elena Novak 17 Aug 2026 08:11Dear Joost, I would like to schedule our next check-in. To confirm, the agenda is short: the open tickets, the state of the HubSpot and Zendesk connectors, and what your merchant-risk team still needs from the brain. I know there have been several high-priority tickets recently, and I will make sure that I come to the call with a written status on each one. Could you let me know which day this week suits you? I can do Wednesday or Thursday, in the morning. Kind regards, Elena
- Joost Verbeek 17 Aug 2026 09:04Elena, Thursday morning works. To be honest, I would rather have the status before the call than during it. What was agreed was a fix for the sync problems, and three tickets are still open. So what is the plan? Please send the written status the day before. I want to see which actions were done. Met vriendelijke groet, Joost
- Elena Novak 18 Aug 2026 12:53Dear Joost, Thank you. To confirm, we will meet on Thursday at 10:00 and I will send the written status on Wednesday, as you asked. The status will cover, first, each open ticket with its current owner, and second, the next step for each, with a date I have checked with the engineers. I will not give you a date I have not confirmed. Kind regards, Elena
