- Alice Brewer 25 May 2026 11:12Hi Aisha, I'm Alice, I head up marketing at BB-Demo and I run our annual Customer Day. This year it's in London on Thursday 11 June 2026, in person, and I'd like to invite you. The story here is customers sharing how they actually use the brain day to day. There'll be short sessions from other admins and heads of revenue operations, time to ask our team questions directly, and a chance to see what's coming on the dashboards builder. It's aimed at the people who keep the brain running, which is why I'm writing to you rather than only to your management. I also want to be straightforward about why I'm getting in touch now. Marcus mentioned that things have been quieter in your account recently, and I know you've taken on the admin side without a lot of backup. If something isn't working for you or your depot colleagues, the day is a good place to get it in front of the right people, and I'd much rather hear it than not. If you can come, please reply and let me know. If a colleague from the depots would find it useful, you're welcome to bring them, as your licence gives plenty of room for more people to be involved. If you can't make it, no problem at all. I can send you the session notes afterwards and would be happy to find a half-hour with you instead. Would you be happy for us to quote anything you say on the day? I'll send a draft for your approval before anything is shared. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
