Alice Brewer invited Dean Hargreaves to the 15 Jan 2026 webinar and flagged that fewer people had been logging in than earlier in the year. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Alice asked Dean to reply yes or no to join the webinar and to name other depot account managers who should be added.

Customer view: none recorded, as Dean did not reply in this thread.

Risk: Alice states that logins are down against earlier in the year, while the account has forty licensed users. The thread does not give the figures behind that statement.

Hi Dean, I'm writing to invite you to our next BB-Demo webinar, which is online on Thursday 15 January 2026. It's open to everyone at Brackwell with a login, and it's aimed at people who use the brain between calls, which I gather is how you use it at the Warrington depot. The session is built around how other customers get the account view working day to day, and there will be time at the end for questions. You can send those in beforehand if you'd rather not speak. One honest note. Looking across the Brackwell account, fewer people have been logging in lately than earlier in the year. That's not a complaint, and I know the run-up to Christmas is the busiest stretch for a depot. But if there's something that has made the brain harder to use, or something you'd like covered on the day, I'd much rather hear it now so we can build it in. The ask is simple: reply to this email and I'll add you to the list. If any of the other depot account managers would find it useful, tell me and I'll add them too. You have forty licensed users and it would be good to see more of them in the room. Happy for you to just reply with a yes or a no. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
