Marcus Bell proposes the next quarterly review, including the contract end date. Liam Doherty agrees, adds depot adoption to the agenda, and wants the renewal talked through on the call rather than over email.

Ask: Marcus lists usage against licensed users, delivery-exception tickets, depot progress and what Brackwell wants from the next year.

Customer view: Liam accepts the agenda and adds how to get more depots on the same data. He prefers to discuss the renewal properly on the call.

Next: Liam offers Thursday or Friday morning later the following week. Marcus needs to leave time for the renewal in the session.

Hi Liam, It's time to book the next quarterly review for Brackwell. Shall we find an hour in the next couple of weeks? Here's what I'd suggest covering: - who has been using the brain day to day, against the licensed users on your Growth plan - the delivery-exception tickets and how the brain is helping with them - how far the depot account managers have got with it since we last spoke - looking ahead, as the contract runs to 30 Nov 2025, what you'd want from the next year I've pulled the numbers and will share my screen so we can go through them together. If there's anything else you'd like on the agenda, tell me and I'll add it. Thanks, Marcus

Morning Marcus, Yes, let's do it. That agenda looks right to me. I'd like to add one thing: how we get more of the depots looking at the same data, since that's what I keep coming back to. One view, that's the point. Later next week is best for me, Thursday or Friday, either morning. Early in the week I'm tied up with a customer review. On the renewal, I'd rather talk it through properly on the call than over email, so let's make sure we leave time for it. Cheers, Liam
