Following up on our review: usage and next steps

Hi Liam, hi Aisha, Thanks both for making the time for our review. I've written up the main points below so we've all got the same notes. What I'm seeing: - more people are using the brain each week than a quarter ago, which is good to see - you're using a good share of the fifteen licensed users, so it's worth thinking about how many of your depot account managers you want on it - your connectors are loading as they should, and there have been no tickets from you, which I take as a good sign What I'd suggest: - Aisha, I'd like to run through the admin side with you for half an hour so you're comfortable adding and removing users - Liam, if you could send me a short list of the depot teams you'd most like to bring in next, I can show you what usage looks like with them added I've copied Tom in so he's across it, as he'll want to talk about the renewal at the end of November in good time. Hi Marcus, Thanks for the write-up, that's really helpful. Just flagging a couple of things from my side. I'd love to do the admin walk-through, I've been finding my way around the settings by myself and I'd rather know I'm doing it properly. Thursday or Friday next week would be easiest for me. On users, I had a look at the list yesterday and I think a few people have logins who haven't used the brain in a while. Is it me or does the count include them? I've attached a screenshot of what I can see. I don't want to take anybody's access away before checking with Liam. Thanks, Aisha

Hi Aisha, hi Liam, Thanks, Aisha, and the screenshot helped. You're right, the count does include logins that haven't been used recently. Nothing's wrong, it's just how the list works. My suggestion: - Liam, could you tell Aisha which of those logins can go, so she isn't making that call alone? - Between us, let's keep to the fifteen licensed users for now and see how it goes once the depot managers start coming on - I'll send an invite for the admin walk-through for Thursday or Friday next week, whichever has more room in my diary If you find you want more users than that, Tom can talk you through the options.
