What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Dean Hargreaves accepts a Thursday 10:00 walkthrough, says two people will attend, and asks to use the Hollins accounts as examples. He will send names later.
Ask: Dean wants real accounts, the Hollins ones, in the examples because they are the ones ringing him.
Customer view: cooperative and practical, and fitting training around the depot floor. The attendee names are still to come, so seat checks are pending.
Next: Callie will build the examples and check the names against licensed users.

- Callie Brennan 9 Jan 2024 11:50Hi Dean, Thanks for making time on our call. As promised, here is the plan for getting you and the other depot account managers comfortable with the brain. What I need from your side is: - a couple of slots when the depot floor is quiet (mid-morning has worked best for the other depots) - a list of who at Warrington will actually be using it, so I can check they're set up within the licensed users you've got - the retail customers you ring most, so I can build the examples around your real accounts Before we switch on the refresh for your team's views, I'd like to run one short walkthrough showing how to find an account, see its delivery-exception tickets and pull up the last call, all in one place. It should take about an hour, no more. Could you tell me which day suits you next week? I can do Tuesday or Thursday at 10:00. Thanks, Callie
- Dean Hargreaves 10 Jan 2024 13:27Callie Thursday 10:00 works. Tuesday's always mad here, trucks back in. Two of us will come. Me and one of the lads who does the exceptions. Will send you the names later, just got back from the floor. Can we use the Hollins ones for the examples? Always the ones ringing me. Cheers, Dean
