What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Aisha Rahman accepts Callie Brennan's onboarding plan but warns IT access may slip into early January, wants the first refresh ready before a Tuesday review, and asks for a slow walkthrough.
Ask: Aisha wants access timing tolerated, the first refresh landed ahead of the Tuesday operations review, and a gentle admin walkthrough.
Customer view: positive about the plan but cautious, and she says she is new to admin work. She is the only named admin so far, which makes her a key-person dependency.
Next: Callie agreed to all three and will write a setup note.

- Callie Brennan 21 Dec 2023 15:40Hi Aisha, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is the plan for getting Brackwell live, with a date against each step. 1. Access: what I need from your side is written access for each source you want connected first. I will not start a connector without it, so please send the credentials or ask a colleague in IT to set up a service account for us. 2. First refresh: before we switch on the refresh, I will map the fields and check that the record counts look right. That should take me a couple of days once access is in. 3. Admin walkthrough: a short session with you so you can run things on your own, plus a setup note I will leave with you. 4. Depot users: once the first refresh has landed cleanly, we bring the depot account managers on. I would like to start step one in the first week back in January, given the break. Could you tell me which day suits you for the access hand-over? Thanks, Callie
- Aisha Rahman 21 Dec 2023 16:11Hi Callie, Thanks for this, it's really helpful to see it laid out. Just flagging a couple of things. I think I can get the access sorted with our IT team, but they are thin on the ground over the holiday, so it may not land until the first few days of January. Is that still okay for you? Also, our Tuesday operations review is the thing everyone cares about most, so if possible I'd like the first refresh to be ready before a Tuesday rather than landing in the middle of one. I hope that isn't too fussy. I'm still fairly new to the admin side, so I'd be grateful for the walkthrough to go slowly. I've not done this before and I don't want to get something wrong. Thanks, Aisha
- Callie Brennan 22 Dec 2023 13:45Hi Aisha, Not fussy at all, that maps cleanly onto how I would plan it anyway. Early January for the access is fine. Here is the adjusted order: - Access arrives from your IT team in the first days back. - I map and check the fields before anything is switched on. - I aim to have the first refresh landed and checked ahead of a Tuesday, so nobody opens the review on half-loaded data. - We do the admin walkthrough after that, at whatever pace suits you. I will write up a setup note so you are not relying on memory. If IT want to know what we need, tell them it is read access to the source systems and nothing more. I can send a one-page list to pass on if that helps. Have a good Christmas, and speak soon. Thanks, Callie
