On 11 Dec 2023 Aisha Rahman says she cannot find the credentials option for the first source and that Liam is tied up. Callie Brennan books a session at 10:00 and asks for written access details first.

Ask: Callie needed a slot, written access details for the first source and the name of its owner. Aisha replied late, saying the credentials option seems hidden for her login.

Customer view: Aisha is cautious and does not want to guess. She is covering setup while Liam is with the depot managers.

Next: Callie says the option sits with a higher permission level, so IT or Liam must send the details or raise Aisha's permission. If this is not sorted by Wednesday evening, the session moves.

Hi Aisha, Thanks for your time on the call today. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like to fix the next working session so we both have a date to aim at. What I need from your side is: - a slot of about ninety minutes, either Thursday or Friday this week, or Monday next week - written access details for the first source you want connected (I won't start a connector without them in writing) - the name of whoever looks after that system, in case I need a permission changed while we're on the call On my side, I'll have the field mapping sheet ready so we can go through it line by line. If anything on it doesn't look right to you, say so and we'll fix it before anything is loaded. That's much easier than unpicking it afterwards. Let me know which slot suits and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for the note, and sorry for the slow reply. Last week was busy with the depot teams. Just flagging that Liam is tied up with the depot managers for most of this week, so I'm picking up the setup side. I've tried to find the access details for the first source myself. I've attached a screenshot of what I can see in the admin settings, but I'm not sure it's the right place. Is it me or is the credentials option hidden for my login? I don't want to guess and send you the wrong thing. I could do Tuesday or Wednesday morning this week if either of those still works for you. Monday next week would be fine as a fallback. Thanks, Aisha

Hi Aisha, No problem at all, and thanks for the screenshot. That maps cleanly to what I expected: it's the standard admin view, and that option usually sits with a higher permission level than the one you have. I'd rather not guess either, so the quickest route is for you to ask a colleague in IT, or Liam, who can see it, to either send the details or raise your permission for an hour. Let's take Thursday morning for the session. I've sent the invite for 10:00. To make good use of it: - Before then: get the access details to me in writing (an email is fine) - On the call: we'll check the first connector, run a small test load and look at the first records together - After: I'll write up a setup note so you can run things on your own If the access isn't sorted by Wednesday evening, tell me and we'll move the session rather than waste it. Thanks, Callie
