Ask: Nell asked Joanne to confirm when the invoice has been received and matched. She offered to reissue it if the purchase order wording differs.
Customer view: none recorded, as Joanne does not reply in this thread. The email does not state the invoice amount.
Next: confirmation of matching is outstanding ahead of the payment run.

- Nell Ashcombe 20 Nov 2023 12:02Hello Joanne, I'm writing with the first invoice from B-Brain to Brackwell Freight, issued today, 20 Nov 2023. It is attached to this email as a PDF. It is the one-off implementation fee for setting up the brain inside Brackwell's own Snowflake account, so it is a single charge and not a recurring one. The net amount, the VAT line and the gross total are all shown on the invoice itself, and the VAT line is itemised separately so it should be easy to match. The due date is 20 Dec 2023, which is our standard payment terms. If your purchase order carries a different reference or wording to the one we have used, tell me and I will have it reissued before it reaches your payment run. That one would be on us, and I would rather fix it now than have you chase it. Could you confirm when it has been received and matched on your side? A reply to this email is fine. Tom Ashdown, who has been looking after the commercial side with your colleagues, is copied in my notes should anything need to go back to him. Thanks very much for your help. Best, Nell
