Current to 10 Oct 26On 19 Aug 2026 Callum Reid replied within hours: dashboards must be right at 07:00 every morning, four high-priority tickets in a month is too many, and he wants the cause and a date on each ticket before the call.
Ask: Callum accepts the call, wants the engineer there, and asks for the ticket list beforehand. He wants the cause of each ticket and a date for the open ones.
Customer view: He is blunt. His underwriters notice stale views before he does, and the syndicates' questions land on him.
Next: Daniel Okafor should send the list and bring the engineer for Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. The 07:00 refresh is the commitment he is measuring BB-Demo against.

- Daniel Okafor 19 Aug 2026 14:21Hello Callum, Thank you for your time on our last call. I wanted to follow up properly while it is fresh. You've had a handful of tickets with us over the past month, and four of them were high priority. I've read through each one and I'd like to sit down with you and go through them together, rather than leave you with a list of updates in an email. Just to close the loop on what is fixed, what is still open, and what is likely to affect your bordereaux work. Could you give me forty-five minutes or so in the next week or two? I'd suggest your team's quietest part of the day, since I know the mornings are busy while the dashboards are being checked. If it helps, I'm happy to bring one of our engineers along so you can ask questions directly. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd rather hear the honest version from you. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Callum Reid 19 Aug 2026 16:08Daniel, What I need is the dashboards right at 07:00. Not most mornings. Every morning. Four high-priority tickets in a month is not where I want to be, and my underwriters are noticing before I do. That's a capacity-provider question as much as ours. If the syndicates ask me why a view was stale and I can't answer, it lands on me. Yes to the call. Thursday afternoon or Friday morning both work. Bring the engineer. I want to know the cause on each ticket, not just that it's closed, and by when the open ones will be done. Please send me the list beforehand so I'm not reading it for the first time on the call.
