Just to close the loop on scheduling: I'd like to get a proper check-in in the diary with you and the team before the current term ends on 30 Jun 2026, so we have room to talk about how things have gone since go-live and what you want from the brain over the next year. How is the team finding it day to day? I have a picture from the usage side, but I would much rather hear it from you, particularly on the morning refresh and on the questions coming in from your capacity providers. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit you, either later this week or early next? An hour is plenty, and I'm happy to come to you at your offices if that is easier than a video call. Wednesday morning next week or Thursday after 14:00 both work. Pick one and send the invite. Two things I want covered: how the refresh is performing at 07:00 for my team, and what we can show a capacity provider when they ask for a submissions or claims position at short notice. That is a capacity-provider question and it is the reason we have the brain. One of my team leads will join. I'll confirm the name once you have sent the invite. By when can you get the invite out? Callum
