Current to 10 Oct 26Imogen Hartley accepts an executive sponsor session, prefers Friday afternoon, and says nobody quite owns the brain at executive level. She wants the Chief Operating Officer and the head of underwriting operations there.
Ask: Priya Raman proposed a session to agree what the brain must prove to capacity providers and who is accountable. Imogen agreed and wants a named sponsor who turns up.
Customer view: she wants the session to rely on real usage, asks for BB-Demo's customer success manager and someone senior, and wants to hear how other customers set up sponsorship.
Next: Imogen is confirming the two Fenmoor attendees and will accept the invite once Priya sends it.

- Priya Raman 16 Mar 2026 15:28Hi Imogen, Great to catch up earlier - thank you for the time, and for being so open about where you want the brain to go at Fenmoor. To keep momentum, I'd like to get an executive sponsor session in the diary this week or next. The idea is simple: a short conversation between you, someone senior from our side and whoever at Fenmoor you think should be in the room, so we agree what the brain needs to prove to your capacity providers and who is accountable for it. Happy to make this easy - I'll send the invite, and Daniel can bring the usage picture so we're not working from memory. Would Thursday or Friday afternoon suit? If neither works, give me a couple of windows and I'll fit around you. One other thing - if there's anyone on your side you'd like included, just tell me and I'll add them. If we can get the right people round the table early, everything after that gets quicker. Best, Priya Priya Raman Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Imogen Hartley 17 Mar 2026 14:02Hi Priya, Thanks for this - and yes, let's do it. The real question is who owns the brain at executive level here, and at the moment the honest answer is "nobody quite". I've seen this work well when a sponsor is named early and turns up, so let's make it count. Friday afternoon is better for me; Thursday is crowded with oversight meetings. Anything after lunch is fine. I'd like our Chief Operating Officer and the head of underwriting operations to join, as they are the ones who field the capacity providers' questions most often. I'll ask them today so you don't have to chase. On your side, please do bring Daniel. He knows how our teams actually use it, and I'd rather we talked about real usage than impressions. If someone senior at BB-Demo can join, all the better - I'd like to hear how other customers have set up sponsorship. Send the invite when you're ready and I'll accept as soon as I've confirmed the others. Best, Imogen
