The customer success manager asks Imogen Hartley for a half-hour check-in on adoption and the team's next steps, citing climbing usage and the contract end. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel offers Tuesday or Thursday afternoon next week and will bring a short summary of how teams use the brain. He gives the contract end as 30 Jun 2026 as the reason to discuss the next year.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. He also notes a wider discussion is running separately, so this is an informal adoption conversation.

Next: the thread does not show the renewal outcome, and 30 Jun 2026 is before the as-of date.

Dear Imogen, I hope your first weeks at Fenmoor have been treating you well. It was lovely to see your name on the account again, and I was delighted to hear you had taken the CDO role - Fenmoor is lucky to have you. I have been CSM here since the go-live in July 2024, so I would like to offer you a proper check-in, mostly so you can tell me how the team is finding it and where you would like the brain to go next. Usage has been climbing nicely over the last few months, which is a good place to start from, and the contract runs to 30 Jun 2026, so there is a sensible moment ahead to talk about what the next year should look like. Would half an hour next week suit you? I could do Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, or whichever day is easier around your diary. If it helps, I can bring a short summary of how the teams are using it, and you can tell me whether it answers the questions you actually care about. Just to close the loop, I know Priya is working with Richard on the wider discussion, so this is a separate, more informal conversation about adoption and the team. I'll come back to you once I hear which slot works. Best wishes, Daniel
