Current to 10 Oct 26Imogen Hartley, newly joined Chief Data Officer, writes to Daniel Okafor on 4 Mar 2026 asking for a call and an honest read on the account. Daniel replies with usage, one open ticket and the 30 Jun 2026 term end.
Ask: Imogen wants half an hour to learn who uses the brain, what they ask it and what the capacity providers get from it, before she forms views or speaks to Callum.
Customer view: she has seen the brain work elsewhere and is positive, but wants it to count for the business. She is asking for BB-Demo's candid assessment before she decides.
Next: Daniel raised the term end and whether licensed users and teams are right. The thread does not show a meeting held or any commitment from Imogen.

- Imogen Hartley 4 Mar 2026 08:26Hello Daniel, You will see this is coming from a new address. I have joined Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting as Chief Data Officer, and the brain is one of the first things I found here, which made me smile. I've seen this work, so I know what it can do when the right people are using it properly. The real question is how to make it count for the business here. Callum and his team have built a good foundation, and I would like to understand where it is today before I form any views: who uses it, what they ask it, and what the capacity providers are getting out of it. Could we find half an hour in the next week or so? I would also value your honest read on the account, since you know it far better than I do at this stage. If there is anything I should know before I speak to Callum, now is the time. Best, Imogen
- Daniel Okafor 5 Mar 2026 09:39Dear Imogen, What lovely news, and congratulations. I was delighted to see your name in my inbox, and Fenmoor is lucky to have you. I would be very glad to find the time. Here is my honest read, as you asked. Usage has picked up nicely recently, with more people asking questions than a quarter ago, and Callum is a real advocate. There is one ticket that came in lately, which I'm keeping an eye on, and I'll make sure you are kept in the loop on it. The bordereaux view for the capacity providers is the thing he cares most about at the moment. One practical point for your planning: the term runs to 30 Jun 2026, so it is worth looking at the shape of the next year together, including whether the licensed users and teams are right for what you have in mind. No pressure on that, just something to have in the back of your mind. I'll send a couple of times for next week by the end of tomorrow. How does that sound? Best wishes, Daniel
