Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid agrees to a half-hour check-in call and asks for usage by underwriter plus a view of submissions against open bordereaux queries. He closes by asking when he will have the summary.
Ask: Callum wants usage broken down by underwriter, because syndicates keep asking how Fenmoor evidences oversight. He also wants submissions against open bordereaux queries ready.
Customer view: He replied within minutes and is constructive, but his asks are specific and he expects dates.
Next: Daniel Okafor owes a date for the usage summary and call slots that avoid month-end.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Dec 2025 14:54Hi Callum, Thanks for your time on the last call. I wanted to get a check-in in the diary before the year end, just to close the loop on a few things we touched on and to see how the team is finding it. From my side, the picture is a good one. Usage across your licensed seats has been climbing nicely this quarter, more of your underwriters are in the brain day to day, and there has only been the one ticket in the last month, which was dealt with quickly. I'd like to understand what is driving that, so we can do more of it, and whether the oversight questions from your capacity providers are getting easier to answer from the single view. Could you do a short call sometime in the next couple of weeks? I'm happy to work around your bordereaux deadlines. If it helps, I can send over a one-page summary of usage beforehand so you can see which teams are asking the most questions. I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a few slots if you tell me which days are worst for you. Best wishes, Daniel
- Callum Reid 2 Dec 2025 15:05Daniel, Good to hear. Yes to a call. What I need is half an hour, no more. Mornings are best, after the 07:00 refresh has landed and I've checked the dashboards are right. Avoid the last few days of the month, bordereaux are due and the whole team is heads down. Send the usage summary ahead. I'd like to see it by underwriter, not just in total. The syndicates keep asking how we evidence oversight, so anything showing who is querying what is useful to me. One ask: can you bring a view of submissions against open bordereaux queries? That's a capacity-provider question and I'd rather have the answer ready than be caught out in the new year. By when can you get me the summary? Callum
