What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Largely logistical: Daniel Okafor and Callum Reid settled a Tuesday 14:00 QBR. Callum wants only what has changed in usage and where the gaps are, with no feature slides.
Ask: Callum wants one hour covering usage change and gaps. Attendees are himself, two team leads and one person from claims.
Customer view: he is time-pressed, with a bordereaux deadline and a capacity-provider audit visit. He rejected a feature-led format.
Next: Daniel will send the invitation, ask for the claims colleague's address and send a one-page outline by Friday.

- Daniel Okafor 7 Aug 2025 14:49Hi Callum, Hope you are well. It is time to book our next quarterly business review, which is part of the Growth tier and one I always look forward to. My suggestion is an hour, with a short look at how usage has moved since the last review, what the team has built in the dashboards, and anything you would like us to change or add before the autumn. If you have particular capacity-provider questions you want the brain to answer better, this is a good place to put them on the table. Would any day in the week after next suit you? Tell me who you would like in the room and I'll shape the agenda around them. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Callum Reid 8 Aug 2025 14:09Daniel, Week after next is tight. We have a bordereaux deadline mid-week and a capacity-provider audit visit. Monday is out, Wednesday is out. Tuesday afternoon or Friday morning would work. Not later than 16:00 on the Tuesday. Attendees: me, my two team leads, and one person from claims. Keep it to the hour. What I need is a view of what has changed in usage and where the gaps are. Not a slide deck about features. Callum
- Daniel Okafor 11 Aug 2025 08:45Hi Callum, Thank you, that is very clear, and I understand about the audit visit. Let's go for Tuesday afternoon, starting at 14:00. I'll send the invitation this morning and include the claims colleague if you can pass me their address. If Tuesday slips for any reason, Friday morning is my fallback, so just say. I'll keep it to the hour and to what has changed and where the gaps are, with no feature tour. I'll come back to you by Friday with a one-page outline so you can see it before the day. Best wishes, Daniel
