Following our last conversation, I'd like to get a proper discovery session in the diary - a chance for me to understand where your team is today with the brain and what you'd want from it in the next term, so the contract period ending on 30 Jun 2025 doesn't sneak up on either of us. What I'd like to cover, in broad strokes: - how your underwriting operations team is answering capacity providers' oversight questions right now, and where it's still slow - which teams beyond yours might benefit from the same single view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity - anything about the current set-up that you'd change It should only need about half an hour. Would later this week work - Thursday or Friday - or is next week easier? What I need from it: a clear view of what the brain does for us next term that it doesn't do now. Not a re-run of the demo. Our capacity providers keep asking for the same oversight detail and I want my team out of the spreadsheets. Also, who from your side is on it? I'm not repeating myself to three people. On who's there: it'll be me, and I'll ask Daniel Okafor to join as your CSM so you only have to explain things once. I'll bring a short list of what we could do for the oversight reporting rather than a demo - no slides. On 27 May 2025 you mentioned the spreadsheets, so I'll come prepared to talk about that specifically. If there's anything you'd like me to look at beforehand, such as a sample of the questions the capacity providers send, forward it and I'll make sure we use the time well. Best, Priya
