What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid accepted a 30-minute check-in on Wednesday at 10:00. He wants a straight view of bordereaux queries, confirmation the 07:00 dashboards were right each morning, and team usage data beforehand.
Ask: Callum wants a plain status on bordereaux queries and on whether the 07:00 dashboards have been right every morning. He also asks for usage across the team before the call.
Customer view: dashboard accuracy is what the syndicates notice first, so a freshness miss would land directly on him. Two underwriters who ask the brain the most will attend.
Next: Daniel Okafor sends the usage figures and checks refresh behaviour before Wednesday.

- Daniel Okafor 12 Dec 2024 08:08Hi Callum, I hope the week has been kind to you. It has been a little while since we last sat down properly, and I'd like to get a check-in in the diary before everyone disappears for the break. Just to see how the team is finding the brain now that it has been live for a good few months, and to hear what the capacity providers have been asking you lately. I'd suggest around thirty minutes. Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week work, either at 10:00 or 14:00? If your underwriters would like to join, please bring them. I find the questions they ask are usually the most useful part of the conversation. On my side I'll look at how the dashboards and the nightly refresh have been behaving, so we can talk about what is working rather than guess. If there is anything you want me to look at beforehand, tell me and I'll have it ready. I'll come back to you with an invitation as soon as you've picked a slot. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Callum Reid 13 Dec 2024 08:17Daniel, Wednesday at 10:00 works. Thirty minutes is fine. What I need is a straight view of where we are on the bordereaux queries and whether the 07:00 dashboards have been right every morning. That's the first thing the syndicates notice if it isn't. I'll bring two of the underwriters, as they are the ones asking the brain the most. If you can send me anything on usage across the team before then, that would save time on the day. Callum
