What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Callum Reid accepted two onboarding sessions, an admin session on Thursday morning and an underwriter session on Friday afternoon. He wants his own submissions used and a wider rollout only after a week of stable use.
Ask: Callum asks to start with the underwriting team and the two people who handle bordereaux queries. He will send names the next day.
Customer view: he is cautious. The underwriters will only engage if they see their own cargo and indemnity business on screen.
Next: Callie Brennan to run both sessions on Fenmoor's own data and hold the wider rollout until Callum is satisfied.

- Callie Brennan 22 Jul 2024 10:19Hi Callum, Following our call, I'd like to get the onboarding sessions booked so your underwriters can start asking the brain real questions. The plan is two sessions. The first is for you as admin: how connectors, users and refresh status work, and what to check each morning. The second is for the underwriters and covers search, chat and pages, using your own submissions and bordereaux. What I need from your side is two slots, ideally later this week, and a rough list of who should be invited. Your Growth subscription covers the whole licensed user count, so there's room for the full team rather than a pilot group, but tell me if you'd prefer to start smaller. Could you let me know which slots suit? Thanks, Callie
- Callum Reid 22 Jul 2024 11:36Callie, Admin session: Thursday morning works. Underwriter session: Friday afternoon, after the weekly submissions meeting. Not earlier, they'll be in it. Start with the underwriting team and the two people who handle bordereaux queries. I'll send names tomorrow. Wider rollout waits until I've seen it hold up for a week. One thing. Use our own submissions in the session, not generic examples. If they don't see their own cargo and indemnity business on the screen they won't bother. Callum
