Logistical onboarding thread under the Growth order form. Callum Reid agrees Thursday for the first session, says IT credentials may not arrive before Wednesday close, and asks when the 07:00 bordereaux view will land.

Ask: Callie Brennan wants working sessions booked and written access for each connector before the nightly refresh is switched on. Callum accepts Thursday morning and will bring a team lead for the field mapping.

Customer view: his priority is the bordereaux view at 07:00, because capacity providers ask for it first thing. He asked by when the first refresh would land and got a sequence rather than a date.

Next: credentials from Callum's IT colleague by Wednesday close, then the first session and field mapping on a real bordereaux file.

Hi Callum, Now that we are properly started under the Growth order form (live since 1 Jul 2024), I'd like to get the next few onboarding sessions booked so we are not trying to do it all in one go. The plan as I see it: - A working session this week or early next week to connect your sources, starting with the CRM and the helpdesk. - A second session to map your submissions and bordereaux fields. That maps cleanly in most cases, but I want to check it against a real file of yours, not guess. - A short walkthrough so your team knows what the first nightly refresh looks like before they rely on it. What I need from your side is written access for each connector before we switch on the refresh. I don't start a connector without it, so if your IT team can send the credentials ahead of the first session we will save a lot of back and forth. Could you let me know which days suit you and who from your side should be in the room? Since your capacity providers are the reason you bought this, I'd like your underwriters' view of the dashboards to be right from day one. Thanks, Callie

Callie, Thursday morning works for the first session. Not Wednesday, we have a binder renewal that day. Credentials: I've asked a colleague in IT. Can't promise before Wednesday close. Is that enough for you? What I need is the bordereaux view right at 07:00 once it's live. Capacity providers ask for it first thing and my team can't be chasing the numbers. By when do you expect the first refresh to land? For the mapping session I'll bring one of my team leads who knows the submissions file better than I do. Callum

Hi Callum, Thanks, that helps. Wednesday close for the credentials is fine, as long as they come in writing and cover each source we agreed. Here is the sequence so you can see a day against each step: - Wednesday: credentials arrive from your IT colleague. - Thursday at 10:00: first working session, where we connect the sources and run a trial load. - The following week: field mapping with your team lead, using a real bordereaux file. - Straight after that: the first full nightly refresh, so you can check the view for yourself at 07:00 the next morning. I will not call the refresh ready until I've checked the mapping myself, so you'll hear from me with what loaded and what didn't. I'll leave you a short setup note after each session so your team can follow what has been connected. I'll send the invitation for Thursday shortly. Thanks, Callie
