Current to 10 Oct 26Scheduling thread for a demo. Callum Reid apologises for the delay, accepts Thursday at 10:00 for one hour and sets two tests: a live answer to a bordereaux query and data freshness at 07:00.
Ask: Priya Raman proposed an hour-long demo built on the two or three capacity-provider questions that cost most time. Callum accepted Thursday at 10:00 and capped it at one hour.
Customer view: he wants a live bordereaux answer and to see how fresh the data is at 07:00. The costly questions are which risks sit under which binder and what is outstanding on claims, which take his team days each month.
Next: Priya sends the invite to Callum, who will forward it to two colleagues.

- Priya Raman 3 Apr 2024 09:13Hi Callum, Good to speak last time - quick recap of where we are: you've seen the overview, you want to know whether one view across submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity really helps your team answer the capacity providers without a week of reconciling. The best way to show that is a demo on your own data, not a slide deck. To keep momentum, could we get that in the diary for next week? I'd suggest an hour, and I can do Tuesday or Thursday morning - 10:00 or 11:00 either day. If someone from your underwriting side wants to see it too, bring them along; the more questions we get asked live, the better. One ask so I can prepare properly: which two or three questions from your capacity providers eat the most time at the moment? We'll build the demo around those. Happy to make this easy - just tell me which slot works and I'll send the invite. Best, Priya
- Callum Reid 8 Apr 2024 12:10Priya, Sorry, last week got away from me. Thursday at 10:00 works. One hour is fine, no longer. What I need out of it: a live answer to a bordereaux query, and to see how fresh the data is at 07:00. Everything else is secondary. Questions that cost us the most time are the oversight ones - which risks sit under which binder, and what is outstanding on claims. That's a capacity-provider question every month and it takes my team days. Two of my people will join. Send the invite to me and I'll forward. Callum
