Scheduling thread for a discovery session. Callum Reid, Head of Underwriting Operations, names bordereaux reconciliation and capacity-provider chasing as his problem and wants to see it on his own data. Slot agreed.

Ask: Priya Raman wanted a forty-five minute discovery session. Callum offered Tuesday at 10:00, with Thursday afternoon as fallback, and ruled out Monday and Friday.

Customer view: his test is whether the brain fixes bordereaux reconciliation and capacity-provider chasing. He will bring two underwriting ops people and expects to see it against Fenmoor's own data, not slides.

Next: Priya confirmed Tuesday at 10:00 and asked for the list of systems his team touches for these queries, so the connector side can be ready.

Hi Callum, Good to speak earlier - thanks for taking the time. To keep momentum, I'd like to get a proper discovery session in the diary this week or early next, while the oversight questions from your capacity providers are fresh. The aim is simple: you walk me through how submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity currently get pulled together when a capacity provider asks a question, and I'll show you where the brain would sit in that. Forty-five minutes should do it. If anyone from your underwriting team deals with the bordereaux day to day, it would be worth them joining. Could you let me know a couple of slots that suit? Happy to make this easy and work round you. Best, Priya

Priya, What I need is a clear view of whether this fixes the bordereaux reconciliation and the capacity-provider chasing. That's where my team loses the week. Tuesday at 10:00 works. Thursday afternoon is a fallback. Not Monday or Friday. I'll have two of the underwriting ops team on it. They'll want to see it against our own data, not slides. Hi Callum, Thanks for your note on 13 Mar 2024 - Tuesday at 10:00 it is, so that's tomorrow. I'll send the invite straight after this with the video link. To make the most of the time, I'll keep it to your questions rather than a product tour. If you can have one or two real examples of a capacity-provider query that was painful to answer, I'll talk through how we'd answer it from one view. And yes - we'll work from a worked example of your world, not slides. One ask: if you can send over the list of systems your team touches for these queries (CRM, ticketing, wherever the bordereaux land), I'll make sure Hannah's team are ready on the connector side. Speak tomorrow. Best, Priya
