Final board pack issued 19 Jan 2026 by Bridget Kearsley, CFO. It reports contracted ARR of £693,550, 19 customers and headcount of 32 at 31 Dec 2025. It gives no comparatives, tier split, pipeline or churn analysis.

What it is: an internal board pack from the CFO giving the headline position at quarter end. It says it is "deliberately short" and takes figures from the finance system and signed order forms.

Claims: contracted ARR of £693,550 across nineteen customers, with headcount of thirty-two. ARR excludes implementation fees, credit notes and CRM-only estimates, and each customer is counted once.

Not settled: no previous quarter comparison, tier split, pipeline, churn, cost or margin is included. Renewal timing and price changes are left to the finance forecast.

Currency: the figures are at 31 Dec 2025 and the pack is nearly nine months old at the as-of date, so it should not be read as the current position. It asks for no decisions.

Body

BB-Demo - Board Pack - quarter to 31 Dec 2025

Status: Final Prepared by: Bridget Kearsley, Chief Financial Officer Date of issue: 19 Jan 2026 Period covered: the quarter ending 31 Dec 2025 Folder: Company/Board

Purpose of this pack

This pack gives the board the headline position of BB-Demo at the close of the quarter to 31 Dec 2025. It is deliberately short. It states the position as our records show it, explains how each figure is defined, and lists what the board should expect in the next pack.

For the avoidance of doubt, every figure below is taken from the finance system and the signed order forms. Where a figure is a claim in the CRM and not yet reconciled to invoices, it is not used.

How to read these figures

Read the whole document (4,344 characters)
  • Annual recurring revenue is the contracted annual subscription across live order forms. It excludes one-off implementation fees, credit notes and any amount that appears only as a CRM estimate.
  • Customers counts one organisation once, however many CRM records it has. An organisation marked as a customer in the CRM with no live contract is not counted.
  • Headcount follows the HR record. A person who has left is not counted, even if they still own records in the CRM.

Commentary: revenue

Contracted annual recurring revenue closed the quarter at £693,550 across nineteen customers. The figure is the contracted position and not a forecast. It does not include implementation fees, which are one-off and recognised separately from the subscription base.

The board should note that the subscription base is the number we defend. Renewal timing and price changes under the current price book are covered in the finance forecast, not in this pack, and nothing in the headline figure assumes any uplift that has not been signed.

Commentary: customers

The customer count is the number of organisations holding a live contract on the last day of the quarter. We have applied the one organisation, one record rule, so no customer is counted twice and no revenue is counted twice.

This pack does not break the customer base down by tier. That analysis sits with the customer success team and will be added once the tier split has been checked against the order forms line by line.

Commentary: people

Headcount at quarter end was thirty-two. Recruitment plans, leavers and role changes are not itemised here. Any change to the leadership team during the quarter is reported separately by the Chief Executive.

Cash and collections

Collections are monitored against the due date on each invoice. This pack does not restate the receivables ledger. I would be grateful if directors who want the ledger by customer would ask me directly and I will circulate it from the finance system.

No fee has been discounted or waived outside the approval of the Chief Executive, and no such decision is reflected in the figures above.

What this pack does not show

  • No comparison with the previous quarter or the same quarter last year is included, because the comparatives have not yet been reconciled to the same definitions.
  • No pipeline or new business forecast is included.
  • No churn analysis is included.
  • No cost or margin position is included. The management accounts for the period are held separately.
