Proposal dated 7 Aug 2025 for the Starter tier: one team, up to 15 users, four connectors. It prices the first-year subscription at £22k and shows a total of £28k. It is not an executed order form and states no availability or P1 response terms.

What it is: a version 1 proposal from BB-Demo to Cadnam Rise Recruitment, filed as final. Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, is the BB-Demo person on the record. It is an open sales document, not a contract.

Commits: "Your first year on the Starter tier is £22k annual subscription, plus a one-off implementation fee." The subscription is paid in advance, and implementation "runs for four weeks" once signed.

Unusual: the table lists the implementation project as "Included" yet totals £28k, which is £6,000 more than the subscription line. The text does not explain the gap.

Not settled: no signature, start date, renewal date, availability figure, P1 response time or service credit is stated. Year two is left to "the terms of a signed order form", which this record does not show.

Body

Cadnam Rise Recruitment, Proposal

7 August 2025

Context

Cadnam Rise Recruitment specialises in sourcing maritime and engineering talent for clients across the South Coast. Your teams spend significant time pulling together candidate profiles, client feedback and call notes from multiple systems before presenting them to hiring managers. The brain can bring all of that together in one searchable place and let your teams ask questions of the data instead of assembling records by hand.

Scope

We propose to implement BB-Demo on the Starter tier. This gives you:

  • One team with up to 15 users
  • Four connectors to your core business systems (typically CRM, calls, emails and helpdesk)
  • Pages and chat to ask questions of your data
  • Keyword search across all integrated systems
  • Six-monthly check-in with the BB-Demo team

Your data stays in your own Snowflake account. You own and control all access.

Pricing

Your first year on the Starter tier is £22k annual subscription, plus a one-off implementation fee.

The annual subscription is paid in advance. From year two, renewal is subject to the terms of a signed order form.

Next steps

  1. We will confirm the four connectors that will feed your brain, based on your systems.
  2. Your IT team will answer a light security questionnaire.
  3. Once signed, implementation runs for four weeks.
  4. We will schedule a six-monthly check-in with your team to review adoption and next steps.

Please confirm the timeline that works best for you, or let us know if you have any questions.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
