What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A security questionnaire dated 28 Mar 2024 answering how the brain handles data inside the customer's own Snowflake account. It states a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 each business day and a service credit of five percent of one month's subscription cost for the Growth tier.
What it is: a question and answer sheet on data access, storage, refresh, support access, incident handling, credits and SSO. It is filed under the customer's Security folder and stored as final.
Commits: "we complete refresh by 07:00 each business day" and "we credit five percent of one month's subscription cost" if the availability target or the refresh deadline is missed. Incident reviews give "a timeline, impact assessment and remediation within one business day".
Unusual: the Growth credit covers the refresh deadline as well as availability, which is wider than the standard Growth credit for availability only. The standard 5% figure is spelled out as five percent here.
Not settled: it states no availability percentage, no P1 response time, no price, no signatory and no renewal date. It is not an order form, so the executed order form decides contracted terms.
