What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A data processing agreement with Moycullen Recruitment as controller and BB-Demo Limited as processor, filed as executed. The customer signature line is unnamed, and the text states no availability, P1 response time or price.
What it is: a DPA supplementing the Master Services Agreement, covering personal data processed in the Company Brain service from the customer's CRM, communications and HR systems. Moycullen Recruitment is controller and BB-Demo Limited is processor.
Commits: BB-Demo processes data "only in accordance with the documented instructions of the Customer". It must notify sub-processor changes, with a right to object, assist with data subject requests, and return or delete data on termination.
Unusual: the DPA says it supplements an MSA "dated 26 Jun 2026", yet both signature blocks are dated 12 Jun 2026, earlier than the MSA. The customer block shows only a blank line and "Authorised Representative", with no named signatory.
Not settled: who signed for Moycullen Recruitment. The text sets no service levels, price, term or renewal, and gives no fixed timeframe for subject rights assistance beyond "a reasonable timeframe".
