The Customer and BB-Demo shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and all applicable data protection law. Terms governing personal data processing are set out in the separate Data Processing Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Confidentiality
Each party shall maintain the confidentiality of the other party's confidential information and shall not disclose it without prior written consent, except as required by applicable law.
