What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Executed data processing agreement between BB-Demo Ltd as processor and Quennell Harte as controller, for the Starter tier subscription. Both sides dated it 3 Jul 2026. It sets UK and EU processing and deletion or return within 30 days of termination.
What it is: a standard DPA filed under the customer's contracts folder. It names BB-Demo Ltd as "Processor" and Quennell Harte as "Customer", and both signature blocks are dated 3 Jul 2026.
Commits: "Personal Data shall be processed within the UK and EU" on the Customer's documented instructions. On termination the Processor must "delete or return all Personal Data within 30 days, unless law requires retention".
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Sub-processors are authorised "subject to notification and opportunity to object", and audit is on reasonable notice.
Not settled: the document states no price, service levels, subscription term or renewal date. Those sit in the order form, which is not part of this record. The signature lines show no named signatories.
