1. Scope
This Agreement governs the processing of personal data by BB-Demo on behalf of Ellerby Dental Group in the provision of the company brain. The data will be stored and processed exclusively within the Customer's Snowflake account, which is located in the UK.
2. Instructions
BB-Demo will process personal data only in accordance with documented instructions from Ellerby Dental Group. No processing will occur outside the scope of the Master Services Agreement without written consent.
3. Confidentiality
BB-Demo staff with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations. Access is limited to those who need it for service delivery.
4. Security
BB-Demo will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls and regular backups within the Customer's Snowflake account.

5. Sub-processors
BB-Demo may engage Snowflake (as the host platform) to process personal data. The Customer consents to this arrangement. Notice of any other sub-processor change will be provided 30 days in advance.
6. Data subject rights
Ellerby Dental Group is responsible for responding to data subject access requests, deletion requests and other UK GDPR rights. BB-Demo will assist by providing access to data within the Snowflake environment.
7. Deletion and return
On termination or expiry of the Master Services Agreement, the Customer may request deletion or return of personal data within 30 days. BB-Demo will comply within the stated period.
8. Audit
The Customer may audit BB-Demo's processing practices relating to this Agreement upon reasonable notice.
9. Term
This Agreement takes effect concurrently with the Master Services Agreement and continues for the same term.
