1. Parties
This Master Services Agreement ("MSA") is entered into between BB-Demo Ltd ("Provider") and Linthorpe Trade Supplies ("Customer").
2. Services
The Provider shall supply the Company Brain – Starter tier:
- One team; fifteen users (soft limit)
- Four data connectors (hard limit)
- Capabilities: search, chat, pages
- Six-monthly check-in
Implementation: Four weeks. All four connectors live within 28 days of start date.

Provider's aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
