Final proposal dated 30 Sep 2026 from Jordan Pike for an Enterprise company brain. Annual subscription £125k; total deal amount £155k including one-off implementation. No availability or P1 figure is stated; the order form is the final word.

What it is: a proposal, not a contract. It offers Enterprise, company-wide, with SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor and security review support.

Commits: it states "The annual subscription is £125k" and "The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the deal". Payment is "standard thirty-day terms", in GBP.

Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Service levels are described without figures, apart from the nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days.

Not settled: the connector list and "live within" commitments, the security review and the order form are all still to come. The proposal says "The executed order form is the final word on any service level." The evidence does not show a customer signatory or a response.

Body

Wendover Kast Insurance Group - Proposal

Prepared for: Wendover Kast Insurance Group, Columbus, Ohio Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 30 September 2026 Status: Final

1. Context

Wendover Kast writes specialty commercial insurance for contractors and transport risks, sold through independent agents. Today, agency management and underwriting operations each hold their own picture of an agency. To be transparent, that means someone has to reconcile the two by hand whenever a question crosses the line, such as how an agency's submissions relate to the relationship work behind them.

You asked us to look at Enterprise as a way to give both teams one view of each agency. This proposal sets out what we would build, what it costs and what has to happen next.

2. What we propose

BB-Demo would set up the company brain for Wendover Kast: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your account. Agency management and underwriting operations ask the same brain the same questions and get the same answer.

Service levels

Enterprise carries our highest service levels:

  • The Enterprise availability commitment.
  • The fastest P1 first-response time we offer.
  • Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
  • Service credits for both availability and data freshness. Enterprise is the only tier credited for freshness.

The executed order form is the final word on any service level.

3. Pricing

ItemAmount
Annual subscription, Enterprise£125k
One-off implementation (fixed fee)Included in the deal amount below
Total deal amount£155k

Two points so there is no confusion:

  1. The annual subscription is £125k. It is invoiced annually in advance, and quarterly on request.
  2. The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the deal. It is the first-year subscription plus the one-off, fixed-fee implementation. It is not an annual price, and the implementation fee does not recur.

Payment terms are our standard thirty-day terms. All invoices are in GBP.

4. How we would deliver

PhaseWhat happensOwner
Security reviewWe answer your questionnaire and walk your security team through the controls, including anything that is still openBB-Demo solutions engineer, with your security lead
Set-upThe brain is deployed in your Snowflake account and the first connectors go liveBB-Demo implementation team
ConnectRemaining sources are connected and the nightly refresh is checked against the commitmentBB-Demo, with your IT team
AdoptAgency management and underwriting operations are trained on the same questionsYour executive sponsor and BB-Demo CSM

Connectors named in the order form carry a "live within" commitment, and we will agree the exact list with you before signing.

5. What we need from Wendover Kast

  • A named business owner for the programme on each side of the house: agency management and underwriting operations.
  • A technical contact with access to your Snowflake account.
  • Your security team's questionnaire and any must-have controls, early.
  • Access to the source systems, with someone in IT who can approve connections.

6. Next steps

  1. You review this proposal with your agency management and underwriting leads.
  2. We hold the security review with your security team.
  3. We agree the connector list and the "live within" commitments.
  4. We issue the order form under the MSA for signature.

Here's where we are: the scope and price above are final for this proposal. What would make this a yes? Tell me what is missing and we will deal with it before the order form.

Thanks, Jordan
