Draft proposal of 25 Sep 2026 from Jordan Pike for the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £125k, total deal value £155k including implementation. Not reviewed by the customer and not contractual.

What it is: a first draft proposal for the Enterprise tier, stated as "Draft, version one" and "not yet contractual". It was prepared by Jordan Pike and not yet reviewed by the customer.

Commits: nothing binding. It sets out a £125k annual subscription, billed annually in advance, and a £155k total deal value that is the first-year commitment including the one-off implementation fee.

Unusual: the total is explicitly "not an annual price", so it must not be read as recurring revenue. The draft states recurring revenue is nil until an order form is executed. No discount is shown.

Not settled: connector list, first-wave teams, add-ons, security review scope and sign-off, start date and term. The implementation fee is not itemised, and service-level figures are not stated.

Body

Wendover Kast Insurance Group - Proposal v1

Status: Draft, version one. Prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo, on 25 Sep 2026. Not yet reviewed by Wendover Kast Insurance Group and not yet contractual.

1. Context

Wendover Kast Insurance Group is an Ohio specialty commercial insurer writing contractors' and transport risks through independent agents. Today, agency management and underwriting operations each hold their own picture of an agency. Reconciling those pictures takes manual effort, and the two teams do not always see the same facts at the same time.

You asked us to look at how a single, queryable view of each agency could work. This proposal sets out what we would build, what it would cost and how we would get there.

2. What we propose

BB-Demo proposes the Enterprise tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your agency, underwriting and operational data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays where it is today. We do not copy it into a separate environment.

The aim is simple. Agency managers and underwriters ask a question in plain language and get one answer drawn from the same underlying sources.

3. Scope

AreaWhat is included
TierEnterprise, company-wide, suited to regulated buyers
Core capabilityPages, chat and search across connected sources
DashboardsThe dashboards builder, so teams can build their own agency views
IdentitySSO and SCIM
SponsorshipAn executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side
SupportEnterprise service levels for availability, first response and data freshness
Users and connectorsThe Enterprise user and connector allowances

Optional add-ons such as Premium support, the Sandbox and dedicated US data residency are available. They are not priced in this draft and would be added only if you ask for them.

4. Implementation

Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement that connects your sources, sets up access and gets the first teams asking questions. For Enterprise it includes security review support. We will be transparent with your security team throughout: any open point we find goes to them straight away rather than waiting for a review meeting.

Connectors named in the final order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days. We will agree that list with you before anything is signed.

5. Commercials

ItemAmount
Enterprise annual subscription£125k
One-off implementation feeIncluded in the total below
Total deal value£155k

Notes on the figures:

  • The annual price of £125k is the recurring subscription, billed annually in advance.
  • The total deal value of £155k is the first-year commitment and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price.
  • Recurring revenue from Wendover Kast Insurance Group is nil until an order form is executed.
  • No discount is shown in this draft.
  • Invoices are issued in GBP on our standard payment terms.

6. Service levels

Under the Enterprise tier you receive our highest standard service levels: the Enterprise availability commitment, the fastest priority-one first response and a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Enterprise is also the tier where service credits cover data freshness as well as availability. Any variation would be written into the executed order form.

7. Open points in this draft

  • Final list of connectors and the order in which they go live.
  • Which teams are in the first wave of users.
  • Whether any add-ons are wanted.
  • Security review scope and who on your side signs it off.
  • Start date and the term to be written into the order form.

8. Next steps

  1. You review this draft and mark up anything that does not match what we discussed.
  2. We settle the open points above together.
  3. We issue a revised proposal and, once you are content, an order form under our MSA.
  4. Security review support runs alongside, so it does not hold up the start.

Here's where we are: the shape of the work is clear and the price is set for the Enterprise tier. What would make this a yes is a short list of answers on the open points. Please send questions or changes to Jordan Pike at jordan.pike@bb-demo.example.

Thanks, Jordan
