What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26A proposal from Matteo Ricci dated 10 Sep 2026 for the Growth tier: £50k annual subscription and £62k total deal value including one-off implementation. It is a recommendation, not an order form, and no service-level figures are stated.
What it is: a proposal marked Final, version one, filed under the customer's Proposals folder. It describes itself as "a recommendation based on what you have shared so far".
Pricing: the table gives "Growth subscription, annual price" of £50k and "Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee" of £62k. The subscription is invoiced annually in advance.
Commits: nothing binding. The only service wording is a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days and the Growth service level, with no availability or P1 figures stated.
Not settled: the document does not state a discount, term length, connector list, user numbers or start date. Scope and connector list are still to be agreed in writing, and an order form under the master agreement has not been issued. The document does not show whether the partners have responded.

Body
Hallam Ferrier - Proposal
Status: Final Version: one Date: Thursday 10 Sep 2026 Client: Hallam Ferrier, Sheffield Author: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Account owner: Harvey Doyle
Context
Hallam Ferrier is an accountancy and business-advisory firm serving owner-managed businesses across South Yorkshire and the East Midlands. You told us that partners and client managers currently piece together each client's work, queries and billing from several systems, and that this costs time and makes handovers between colleagues harder than they should be.
I would rather say plainly what this proposal is: a recommendation based on what you have shared so far, and I will confirm any detail in writing before you rely on it.
What we propose
The Growth tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.

- Several teams on one brain, so partners and client managers see the same picture.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance.
- Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
- Availability and support at the Growth service level, with a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 on business days.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £50k |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | £62k |
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance. The difference between the two figures is the fixed one-off implementation fee, which covers connecting your sources, mapping fields and the first refresh.
Implementation approach
- Discovery: confirm which systems and which teams come first.
- Connect: written access to each source, then connection inside your Snowflake account.
- First refresh: results checked with a few of your client managers.
- Adoption: training for partners and client managers, then the first quarterly review.
What we need from you
- A sponsor among the partners.
- An administrator who can approve access to your systems.
- Your regulator or insurer requirements, if any, so that we can address them in the security conversation.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your partners and send me your questions.
- We agree scope and connector list in writing.
- An order form is issued under our master agreement for signature.
Best regards, Matteo
