What it is: a draft proposal marked "Status: Draft", written "For internal review before it goes to Hallam Ferrier." It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding yet. It proposes Growth, "Invoicing would follow the standard terms: annual in advance, with payment terms of thirty days." and implementation of "about eight weeks".
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The £50k matches the v2 Growth list price in the company brief, and no discount is stated.
Not settled: connector choices, the day-to-day owner and sponsor, security expectations, and whether billing is quarterly or annual. No order form exists in this document, and it states no figures for availability or P1 response time.

Body
Hallam Ferrier - Proposal v1
Status: Draft, prepared on 7 September 2026 by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo. For internal review before it goes to Hallam Ferrier.
Context
Hallam Ferrier is an accountancy and business-advisory firm based in Sheffield, serving owner-managed businesses across South Yorkshire and the East Midlands. The firm is evaluating the Growth tier so that partners and client managers can see each client's work, queries and billing in one place, without reconciling several systems by hand.
What we propose
BB-Demo would build the company brain inside Hallam Ferrier's own Snowflake account, as one AI-queryable layer over the systems the firm already uses.

- Tier: Growth, designed for several teams working from the same data.
- Included: pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews with a named customer success manager.
- Allowances: the Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance. Final connector choices are still to be agreed.
- Service levels: the standard Growth service levels for availability and first response to priority incidents, with the nightly refresh complete before the working day starts.
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work that takes about eight weeks on the Growth tier. It covers connecting the agreed sources, loading the first data and training the partners and client managers.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, in advance | £50k |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | £62k |
The £50k is the annual subscription price. The £62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. Invoicing would follow the standard terms: annual in advance, with payment terms of thirty days.
Open points
- Which systems Hallam Ferrier wants connected first, and which can wait for a later phase.
- Who at the firm will own the brain day to day, and who will act as sponsor.
- What the firm's clients and professional bodies expect to see about how client data is handled. I would rather the security questions came up now than late in the process.
- Whether a quarterly or annual billing pattern suits the firm better.
Next steps
- Internal review of this draft and agreement of the open points.
- Issue of the final proposal to Hallam Ferrier.
- Order form under the BB-Demo master agreement once the scope is agreed.
Best regards, Matteo
