What it says
What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26A renewal proposal dated 12 Sep 2025 for the Growth tier, built on £40k stated as contracted annual recurring revenue and 40 licensed users. It proposes an adoption session, a sizing review and a value summary. It commits nobody to anything.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, with Esther Quaye, customer success manager, for a term ending on 21 Nov 2025. The stored status is final, but the text is a proposal, not executed paper.
Signal: "Active use is lower than we would like." The document also says invoices were paid on time and there were no support tickets, so the concern is value and adoption, not payment.
Commits: nothing. "Any change to the user count or scope would be agreed with Saltdean Hart before an order form is prepared", so the user count and scope stay open.
Not settled: whether the session happened or whether the renewal was signed. The term end is before the as-of date, and the document shows no outcome, so treat it as stale and check the executed order form.

Body
Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers - Renewal Proposal
Prepared on Friday 12 September 2025 by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo, with Esther Quaye, customer success manager.
Context
Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers joined BB-Demo on 22 Nov 2024 and uses the Growth tier of the company brain for its account executives and claims team. The current term ends on 21 Nov 2025. This proposal sets out how we would like to renew, and what we would like to do together before then.
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £40k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Term end | 21 Nov 2025 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
How the term has gone
- The service has run without support tickets and invoices have been paid on time.
- Active use is lower than we would like. Fewer people are using the brain in a typical month than the licence covers, though the decline against the previous quarter has eased.
- We would rather talk about this openly now than let it surprise either side at renewal.
What we propose
Read the whole document (2,338 characters)
- Adoption session. A working session with the account executives and the claims team, led by Esther, to find the questions that matter most to them and make them quick to ask.
- Sizing review. A look at whether the licensed users match the people who will really use the brain, so the renewal is sized to the need.
- Value summary. A short summary of what the brain has been used for this term, to support the renewal decision.
- Renewal on Growth. We propose to renew on the Growth tier, with scope and user count confirmed after the session.
Commercials
The proposal is built on the current contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k. Any change to the user count or scope would be agreed with Saltdean Hart before an order form is prepared, and nothing is committed by this document.
Timeline
- Adoption session: to be booked in the coming weeks.
- Sizing and value summary: shared after the session.
- Order form: prepared once scope is agreed, ahead of 21 Nov 2025.
Contacts
- Priya Raman, Account Executive, for commercial terms.
- Esther Quaye, customer success manager, for adoption and the renewal conversation.
If we can get the session booked soon, we can keep the renewal simple and comfortably ahead of the end date.
Best, Priya
