What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Priya Raman for a Growth tier company brain. Annual subscription price £40k; total deal amount £52k including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and the text sets no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a proposal dated 10 Oct 2024, stored as final, covering account executives and the claims team. It sets out Growth tier capabilities, quarterly reviews led by Esther Quaye and a fixed-fee implementation.
Commits: "The annual price is £40k." The £52k "is the total value of the deal and includes the fixed one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly price." Invoicing is annual in advance, quarterly on request, on standard payment terms.
Not settled: service levels are referred to as the Growth terms, with no availability percentage, P1 response time or credit rate stated. The implementation fee and connector delivery dates are not stated. Next steps say an order form under the MSA is still to be issued, so contracted terms sit in that executed paper, which this document does not show.

Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers - Proposal
Final | Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo | 10 Oct 2024
Thank you for the time you have given us so far. This is our proposal for Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers.
1. Where you are today
Saltdean Hart is a Sussex commercial broker for SMEs, landlords and motor fleets. Your account executives and your claims team each rely on information that lives in different systems, and getting a single answer about a client, a policy or a claim means reconciling those systems by hand.
2. What we propose
BB-Demo will build the company brain for Saltdean Hart: one AI-queryable layer over your connected systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your people ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from your own data.

3. Investment
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £40k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £52k |
The annual price is £40k. The deal amount of £52k is the total value of the deal and includes the fixed one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly price. The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, with quarterly invoicing available on request, on our standard payment terms.
4. Service levels
- Availability: the Growth availability commitment, with service credits for availability breaches under the Growth terms.
- Support: the Growth first-response time for priority-one issues.
- Data refresh: the nightly refresh completes before the working day starts, on business days.
5. How we work with you
Implementation is run by the BB-Demo team with a named lead on your side. Once live, Esther Quaye owns adoption and the quarterly reviews, and I stay on hand for anything commercial.
6. Next steps
- Confirm the proposal and the list of systems to connect.
- We issue the order form under the MSA for signature.
- We agree a start date and an implementation plan.
Happy to make this easy: if we can get this over the line soon, we can keep momentum and have your teams asking questions of their own data as early as possible.
Best, Priya
