What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal from Priya Raman, dated 25 Nov 2025. It proposes renewing on the Growth tier at the contracted £44k, 40 licensed users, for a term ending 8 Feb 2026. It states no availability or response figures.
What it is: an internal draft, marked "Draft for internal review", prepared by Priya Raman for the Growth-tier renewal. It is not an executed order form and is not a customer-facing commitment.
Proposes: renewing for "a further annual term" and holding the subscription at "the current contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k" with 40 licensed users. Service levels continue "as they stand today" and no figures are stated.
Unusual: the price is held flat with no uplift, although the brief says v1 customers move to the v2 list at the first renewal starting on or after 1 Jul 2026. This term ends before that date, so the flat price may be consistent, but the document does not say which price book applies.
Not settled: term length, additional teams, and who signs. The text does not show whether a final proposal or signed order form followed, and it is stale against the as-of date.

Kelvinhaugh Pension Services - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Prepared on 25 Nov 2025 by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Customer success contact: Daniel Okafor.
1. Where we are
Kelvinhaugh Pension Services has been a BB-Demo customer since 9 Feb 2024. The company is a third-party administrator for defined-benefit and defined-contribution schemes run by Scottish employers, and it uses the company brain on the Growth tier.
The current term ends on 8 Feb 2026. To keep momentum, we want the renewal agreed well before that date so there is no gap in service for the scheme-relationship teams.
2. How the first term has gone
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Active usage | Up on the prior quarter |
| Support | One ticket in the last month, none high priority |
| Invoices | Paid on time, nothing overdue |
Usage is moving in the right direction and the account has been quiet on the support side. That is the picture we want to take into a renewal conversation.
3. What we propose
Read the whole document (2,519 characters)
- Renew on the Growth tier for a further annual term following the end date above.
- Keep the licensed users at 40, with the standard Growth connector allowance.
- Continue the Growth service levels: availability, first-response times and the nightly refresh commitment as they stand today.
- Continue the quarterly business reviews and the dashboards builder.
- Hold the subscription at the current contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k.
4. Why renew
- The brain is being asked more questions than a quarter ago, which is the best sign that teams rely on it.
- Only a fraction of the 40 licensed users are active in a typical month, so there is room to bring more of the scheme-relationship managers on without any change in cost.
- The account has had no service escalations this term.
5. Open points
- Whether the customer wants to renew for the same term length or consider something different: to be confirmed with Daniel.
- Whether to invite additional teams into the brain at renewal: to be discussed on the next review call.
- Agree who at the customer signs the renewal order form.
6. Next steps
- Daniel to confirm usage commentary with the customer's main contact.
- Priya to share the final proposal once the open points above are closed.
- Aim to have the order form signed ahead of the term end, if we can get this over the line in good time.
Best, Priya
