What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft dated 29 Nov 2024 proposing that Kelvinhaugh move from Starter to Growth at £44,000 a year, invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms. No discount is included. It states no availability % or P1 response time, and it was never issued.
What it is: an internal draft renewal proposal by Priya Raman, marked "Draft, for internal review before it goes to the customer". It covers the term ending 8 Feb 2025 and the current £17,550 contracted annual recurring revenue for 15 licensed users.
Commits: nothing, as it is a draft. It sets out a price of "Growth subscription, annual price | £44,000", annual invoicing in advance on 30-day terms, and quarterly invoicing on request.
Unusual: the price equals the v1 Growth list, with "No discount is included in this draft". The service levels are described only as "the standard Growth level", with no figures.
Not settled: which additional teams would use Growth, whether a lower-tier fallback is offered, whether the recent ticket is closed, and the renewal conversation date. The text does not show whether it was sent or signed.

Kelvinhaugh Pension Services - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft, for internal review before it goes to the customer
Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Date: 29 Nov 2024 Version: 1 (draft)
1. Context
Kelvinhaugh Pension Services joined BB-Demo on 9 Feb 2024 on the Starter tier, bought for its scheme-relationship managers. The current term ends on 8 Feb 2025, and the contracted annual recurring revenue today is £17,550 for 15 licensed users.
Over the term the brain has become part of the team's routine. Active use has grown by roughly a third against the prior quarter, there are no high priority tickets and no overdue invoices. One ticket was raised in the last month and it is being handled in the normal way.
2. What we are proposing
We would like to renew Kelvinhaugh on the Growth tier rather than repeating Starter. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same brain, and the usage so far points that way.

3. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £44,000 |
| Total deal value for the renewal | £44,000 |
- The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on 30-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
- The figure above is the full annual price. No discount is included in this draft.
- Compared with the current £17,550 a year, this is a step up in scope as well as price, so the case for it needs to rest on the additional teams and dashboards, not on the existing relationship-manager use alone.
4. Why Growth
- Headroom: the current team is well inside its user allowance, so the case is about reach and capability rather than seats.
- Dashboards: the dashboards builder lets the team keep the views it asks for most as live pages for scheme and employer reporting.
- Governance: quarterly reviews give Kelvinhaugh a fixed point each quarter to look at usage, value and open issues.
- Service: a faster first response on P1 issues, which matters for a team that reports to scheme trustees.
5. Open points before this goes out
- Confirm with Daniel which additional teams at Kelvinhaugh are realistic users, so the proposal names them.
- Agree internally whether to offer a lower-tier renewal alongside Growth as a fallback.
- Check that the one recent ticket is closed before the document is shared.
- Confirm the renewal conversation date with the Kelvinhaugh sponsor.
6. Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Internal review of this draft | Priya Raman and Daniel Okafor | Next week |
| Walk the Kelvinhaugh sponsor through the proposal | Priya Raman with Daniel Okafor | Before the end of the year |
| Order form issued for signature | Priya Raman | Ahead of the term end on 8 Feb 2025 |
Happy to make this easy: if we can get the open points settled quickly, we can keep momentum and give Kelvinhaugh plenty of time before the term ends.
Best, Priya
