What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final, version 1 proposal of 13 Aug 2026 from Jordan Pike to expand the Growth subscription, at an annual price of £8,000. It also states a deal amount of £4,011 without explaining the gap. It is a proposal, not an order form, and changes nothing in the current contract.
What it is: a customer-facing proposal dated 13 Aug 2026 for an expansion of the existing Growth subscription. It says the expansion "sits under your current order form and the same master agreement".
Commits: nothing binding. The text says "nothing in this proposal changes your current contract", so it is an open item until an order form is issued.
Unusual: the pricing table gives an expansion annual price of £8,000 and a deal amount of £4,011. The text defines both but does not reconcile them.
Not settled: the proposal does not say how many users, connectors or teams the expansion adds. It also gives no start date, no customer signatory and no acceptance deadline. It aims to put the expansion in place before the renewal on 31 Mar 2027.

Pemaquid Analytics - Proposal
Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 13 Aug 2026 Status: Final, version 1 Customer: Pemaquid Analytics, Boston
1. Context
Pemaquid Analytics has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Apr 2026. You bought the Growth tier so that customer success can see each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls together in one place, rather than reconciling them by hand across systems.
Since go-live, adoption has moved in the right direction. Active use of the company brain has grown strongly compared with the previous quarter, support demand has been very light, and there have been no high priority tickets and no overdue invoices. Your team is asking the brain more often, and that is what this proposal builds on.

3. What we propose
Read the whole document (2,998 characters)
We propose an expansion of your existing Growth subscription, so that more of the work your customer success team does day to day runs through the company brain. The expansion sits under your current order form and the same master agreement, and keeps the Growth service levels you already have.
In practice this means:
- more of your teams' daily questions answered from your own data inside your Snowflake account;
- continued use of the dashboards builder and the quarterly business reviews that come with Growth;
- no change to how your data is held or who can see it.
We have deliberately kept this to a modest step. The aim is to follow the usage you are already showing, not to get ahead of it.
4. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Expansion, annual price | £8,000 |
| Deal amount (total value of this expansion order) | £4,011 |
The deal amount is the total value of this order. The annual price is what the expansion costs on a yearly basis. Pricing is in GBP, invoiced under the same terms as your existing subscription.
5. Why now
- Usage is growing, and the people asking the most questions are the ones who will benefit first.
- Your support experience has been quiet, which tells us the connectors and nightly refresh are doing their job.
- Taking the expansion now means it is in place well ahead of your renewal on 31 Mar 2027, so the renewal conversation can be about one combined subscription.
6. Next steps
- Review this proposal with your team and tell us what would make it a yes.
- Jordan Pike issues the order form for the expansion once you confirm.
- Hollie Grieve confirms the rollout with your customer success leads and folds the new usage into your next quarterly review.
To be transparent, nothing in this proposal changes your current contract. If you would rather hold off, your existing Growth subscription carries on exactly as it is.
Thanks, Jordan
