Connectors
Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to go live within the period agreed in the order form. The customer will provide access to each source system in good time.
Data and security
The customer's data remains in the customer's own Snowflake account. BB-Demo will access it only to provide, support and improve the service for the customer, and will handle it under the data processing terms that accompany this agreement.
