What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Sophie Ling for the Growth tier: £50k annual subscription, £62k total deal value including one-off implementation, no discount. It is a proposal, not an order form; service levels are not stated as figures.
What it is: a proposal issued 9 Feb 2026 by Sophie Ling for Pemaquid Analytics' leadership team. It sets out the Growth tier, a four-phase implementation (Connect, Model, Enable, Review) and pricing.
Commits: nothing contractually. It states "The annual subscription is £50k" and "The £62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee." It also says "No discount is applied in this proposal."
Unusual: the stored status is final, but the text is a proposal and is open until an order form is signed. The implementation fee is not itemised separately.
Not settled: availability percentage, P1 response time, connector numbers and delivery dates. The text says "Exact service levels will be written into the order form so that they are contractual." The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Pemaquid Analytics - Proposal
Status: Final. Issued 9 Feb 2026 by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo, for the leadership team at Pemaquid Analytics. Account owner: Jordan Pike. Customer success lead: Hollie Grieve.
1. Context
Pemaquid Analytics, based in Boston, builds route-planning and field-sales analytics software for beverage and snack distributors. Your customer success team supports many distributors, and the picture of each one is spread across several systems: tickets in one place, product usage in another, renewal conversations in call recordings and email.
You told us the aim is simple: let customer success see each distributor's tickets, usage and renewal calls together, and ask questions of all of it in plain language rather than reconcile it by hand before every review.
2. What we propose
The BB-Demo company brain on the Growth tier. The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it already lives.
Growth is designed for several teams working from the same layer. It includes:
Read the whole document (3,396 characters)
- Pages, chat and search across every connected source.
- The dashboards builder, so customer success can build its own distributor health views.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
- The standard Growth allowance of users and connectors, which we will confirm against your list of systems during implementation.
3. Scope of the implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work delivered by the BB-Demo team before your teams start asking questions of the brain.
| Phase | What happens | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Connect | Link your CRM, helpdesk, call recorder and mailboxes to the brain in your Snowflake account | Sources loading nightly |
| Model | Match distributors, contacts and contracts across systems so one distributor is one record | A single view per distributor |
| Enable | Train customer success on chat, search and the dashboards builder | Team asking real questions |
| Review | Check usage and data freshness with your lead | Agreed plan for quarterly reviews |
4. Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Company brain, Growth tier | Annual subscription | £50k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value | Subscription plus implementation | £62k |
The £62k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription is £50k. No discount is applied in this proposal.
5. Service levels
The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service level for availability and for first response on priority issues. The nightly refresh completes before your working day begins on business days. Exact service levels will be written into the order form so that they are contractual.
6. Next steps
- Your team reviews this proposal and sends Sophie any questions on scope or pricing.
- We agree the list of systems to connect, so the connector commitments in the order form are accurate.
- We issue the order form under the master services agreement for your review and signature.
- Hollie Grieve schedules the kick-off once the order form is signed.
We would be glad to walk your team through the proposal at a time that suits you.
