What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft proposal dated 4 Feb 2026 for the Growth tier. Subscription £50k annual in advance; total first-term deal amount £62k including one-off implementation, not an annual price. No discount. Service levels are standard Growth, with no figures stated.
What it is: an internal draft proposal by Sophie Ling, filed as draft and headed "Draft for internal review". It proposes the company brain on the Growth tier inside Pemaquid Analytics' own Snowflake account.
Commits: nothing binding, as a draft proposal. It states "The annual subscription price is £50k" and a first-term total of £62k that "includes the one-off implementation fee".
Unusual: no discount is applied, and the service levels are only referred to as the standard Growth terms, so no availability or response figure is stated.
Not settled: the first-wave sources, annual or quarterly billing, the main administrator and any security questions are all listed as open points. The evidence does not show that a final proposal was issued or an order form signed.

Body
Pemaquid Analytics - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Dated 4 Feb 2026.
Account owner: Jordan Pike. Customer success lead: Hollie Grieve.
1. Context
Pemaquid Analytics, based in Boston, builds route-planning and field-sales analytics software for beverage and snack distributors. As the business grows, the customer success team needs to see each distributor's tickets, product usage and renewal conversations in one place, instead of piecing the picture together from several systems by hand.
This proposal sets out how the BB-Demo company brain, on the Growth tier, would give that team a single layer to ask questions of.
2. What we propose
BB-Demo would build and run the company brain inside Pemaquid Analytics' own Snowflake account. It would connect the systems the customer success team already works in, for example the CRM, the helpdesk and the call recorder, and make them queryable together.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,026 characters)
- A fixed-fee implementation to connect the agreed sources and make the first questions answerable on Pemaquid's own data.
- Pages, chat and search across the connected sources.
- The dashboards builder, so the team can build its own views of distributor health.
- Quarterly business reviews with the customer success lead at BB-Demo.
- The Growth user and connector allowances, as set out in the standard Growth tier description.
Out of scope for this draft
- Premium support and the Sandbox, which belong to the Enterprise tier.
- Dedicated data residency and on-site training, which can be priced separately if wanted.
3. Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £50k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | First term including implementation | £62k |
The annual subscription price is £50k. The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first term and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. Invoices are issued in GBP.
No discount is applied in this draft.
4. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority one issues, and the nightly refresh completed by the start of the business day on business days. Service credits for availability follow the Growth terms.
5. Open points
- Confirm with Jordan Pike which sources are in the first wave and which follow later.
- Confirm whether the customer wants the subscription billed annually or quarterly.
- Agree who at Pemaquid Analytics will be the main administrator.
- Check whether any security questions need answering before the order form.
6. Next steps
- Internal review of this draft by Jordan Pike and Hollie Grieve.
- Issue the final proposal to Pemaquid Analytics.
- Agree the order form under the BB-Demo MSA.
- Plan the implementation kick-off with the customer success team.
