What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Matteo Ricci for an expansion of the existing Growth subscription at £4,000 a year. The same table shows a total deal value of £2,115, which is not an annual price. It is an open item until an order form is signed.
What it is: a proposal marked "Status: Final" and issued 20 Apr 2026, for extra capacity on the Growth subscription "under the same Master Services Agreement and the existing order form".
Commits: nothing yet. Invoicing and payment terms "follow your existing order form", and the service levels are "the same service levels as your current Growth order form". The proposal restates the current term as running to 23 Nov 2026.
Unusual: the commercials table gives an annual expansion price of £4,000 and a total deal value of £2,115. The text says the total "should not be read as an annual price", but does not explain how the two figures relate.
Not settled: the number of added users or the capacity is not stated, and the document does not show acceptance or a signed order form. Next steps are acceptance, then an order form for signature, then a rollout agreed by Elena Novak.

Body
Brinkerhof Distributie - Proposal
Status: Final | Issued 20 Apr 2026
Prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo, with Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager.
1. Context
Brinkerhof Distributie has been a BB-Demo customer on the Growth tier since 24 Nov 2025. Your account managers use the company brain to see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view. The current subscription is contracted at £44k a year for 40 licensed users, and the term runs to 23 Nov 2026.
Use of the brain has grown strongly over the last quarter. There are no overdue invoices, no tickets in the last month and nothing high priority. This is a healthy account, and the expansion below builds on that.
2. Scope of the expansion
An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, under the same Master Services Agreement and the existing order form.
- Additional capacity on the Growth subscription for your account management teams.
- The same service levels as your current Growth order form.
- The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account, with no change to how your data is held.

| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Expansion |
| Annual price of the expansion | £4,000 |
| Total deal value | £2,115 |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Current licensed users | 40 |
The total deal value is the whole value of this proposal and should not be read as an annual price. The annual price of the expansion is £4,000. Invoicing and payment terms follow your existing order form.
4. Why this makes sense now
- Growing use means your teams are asking more of the brain, and the expansion gives them room to do so.
- Support has been quiet, so the platform is not a source of friction.
- Your term ends on 23 Nov 2026, so we will review the value of the brain together before the renewal conversation, led by Elena Novak.
5. Next steps
- You confirm acceptance of this proposal to me.
- I send the order form for the expansion in writing, for signature by your authorised signatory.
- Elena Novak agrees the rollout with your team once the order form is signed.
If anything here needs a change, please tell me and I will reissue it.
Best regards, Matteo
