What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26QBR deck by Elena Novak for the Growth tier customer, dated 9 Apr 2026. It states contracted ARR of £44,000, 40 licensed users and contract end 23 November 2026. Usage is rising, one ticket in thirty days, and a renewal conversation is to be agreed.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, for the account. Stored status is final, and the text does not mark it as a draft.
States: "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" of £44,000, 40 licensed users and a contract end of 23 November 2026. These are the deck's own statements, not an executed order form.
Value case: the deck asks Brinkerhof for its own estimate of time saved per installer visit, so value can be stated in its words at renewal. Active users are "still well below the 40 licensed", so breadth is the open question.
Not settled: the deck sets no service levels, price change or renewal terms. It does not say whether the renewal conversation date was agreed, and the evidence does not show what happened after 9 Apr 2026.

Body
Brinkerhof Distributie - Quarterly Business Review
9 April 2026 | Prepared by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo
Account owner: Matteo Ricci. Tier: Growth. Contract end: 23 November 2026.
Slide 1: Agenda
To confirm, today we cover:
- Usage since go-live
- The value Brinkerhof is seeing
- Issues and support
- Plan for the coming quarter and the renewal
Slide 2: Where we are
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer since | 24 November 2025 |
| Tier | Growth |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44,000 |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contract end | 23 November 2026 |
| Invoices | None overdue |
Slide 3: Usage
- Average active users have more than doubled compared with the previous quarter.
- Active users are still well below the 40 licensed, so there is room for more account managers and colleagues from customer service and credit control to join.
- The growth came after the onboarding phase ended and the account managers began using the installer view in their daily work.
What this tells us: adoption is moving in the right direction. The question for the next quarter is breadth, not depth: who else should be asking questions?

Slide 4: Value
- Account managers see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one place, which was the reason Brinkerhof chose Growth.
- Preparing for an installer conversation no longer needs a request to a colleague in another department.
- The next step is to put figures on this. As agreed in earlier conversations, we would like Brinkerhof's own estimate of the time saved per installer visit, so the value can be stated in Brinkerhof's words at renewal.
Slide 5: Issues and support
- A single support ticket in the last thirty days, and none of high priority.
- No open service concerns have been raised with us.
- I will make sure that any question about a connector or about data freshness is routed to me directly, so it is not lost between London and Amsterdam.
Slide 6: Plan for the next quarter
| # | Action | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Invite the next group of users, starting with the teams that handle credit queries | Brinkerhof lead, with Elena Novak |
| 2 | Run a short refresher session for the account managers on asking questions | Elena Novak |
| 3 | Agree two or three dashboards that Brinkerhof would like to build itself | Elena Novak with Brinkerhof |
| 4 | Capture the time saved per installer visit | Brinkerhof lead |
| 5 | Agree a date for the renewal conversation, ahead of the renewal notice | Elena Novak, with Matteo Ricci for commercial terms |
Slide 7: Renewal outlook
The contract runs to 23 November 2026. With usage rising and no open concerns, we expect a constructive renewal conversation. The topics I would like to prepare with Brinkerhof are the number of users, whether additional teams should be included, and the value case from slide 4.
Kind regards, Elena
